National Little League

With its inception in 1953, National Little League is the oldest Little League park in Victoria. Playing out of Jerry Hale Field at the corner of Hillside Avenue and Cook Street, NLL offers a variety of co-ed baseball programs for local youth aged 3 through 12. Children enter the league playing Blastball, and then progress through T-Ball, Minors, and ultimately Majors.
Like most parks, NLL is a completely volunteer operated organization, and funding is sourced through registration fees, corporate sponsors, community donations, and government grants. The Executive Board is comprised of a group of committed parents, coaches, and supporters who dedicate many hours of their time to ensure that baseball will always be played at Jerry Hale Field.
As an inner city park, NLL is committed to providing access to baseball to every child, regardless of circumstance, and no child is ever turned away for any reason. We firmly believe that sport is an integral building block in a child’s life, and we strive to provide the best environment at the park that we can.
